Reporting to Head of User Experience (UX) you will be responsible for ensuring the digital platform is user-friendly and delivers a best-in-class experience, helping to change the way consumers experience their products online.
Responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the technical development team to ensure all deployed IT projects are user-friendly
Ensuring objectives are aligned with business goals, expectations and budget
Overseeing the development of cross-device interaction designs, wireframes and prototypes to support best in class user experience across the digital platform
Delivering presentations to key stakeholders to define a roadmap for user express across the digital platform
Monitoring and evaluating user experience of the site through Google Analytics and proactively identifying opportunities for improvements
Managing relationships with software vendors
Experience and skills required:
Ability to demonstrate a passion for online retail and developments within online retail
Minimum 5 years’ experience working within a fast-paced digital environment
Confident with Google Analytics and willing to learn how to use Content Square
Previous people management experience, including managing a team of UX Designers
Expertise in user experience design process, techniques and methodologies, leading best practice within a lean Agile development environment
