As a Manager you will be responsible for ensuring fund administration services are aligned with client service level agreements, all internal and external deadlines are considered and operational policies, procedures and checklists are followed. Responsibilities will include:
Being actively involved in the day-to-day servicing of private equity fund clients, managing a team of Administrators
Assisting the onboarding team with the set-up and take-on process of any new private equity business
Reviewing and authorising payment instructions for invoices and approved investments
Being a key person for all client contact and queries
Managing investment proposals
Reviewing and checking all agendas, board minutes and board packs and assisting with the preparation of any reports to be presented to the Board of Directors
Experience and skills required:
Strong working knowledge of fund structures and regulations
Previous private equity fund administration experience, including people management experience
Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification
Strong problem-solving skills and awareness of commercial and risk management based client solutions
Excellent delegation and time management skills
