Working with the Head of Marketing, Brand and E-Commerce, you will focus on the delivery of key departmental strategies and resolving operational issues, in order to help brand and marketing teams to deliver their strategic objectives.
You will also provide support to the marketing, brand and E-Commerce function in organising, establishing, and refining the day-to-day operations within the portfolio.
Responsibilities will include:
Developing an in-depth understanding of the group marketing strategy and assisting in communicating strategic decisions throughout the organisation
Leading strategic projects, as required
Developing a strong understanding of the group business model, including understanding the impact of new regulatory requirements on business goals
Compiling and analysing financials and management information and helping to present at committee meetings
Conducting in-depth research on economic, competitor and industry best practice and identifying trends
Performing financial analysis for specific projects, including cost/benefit analysis and examining profitability
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business management role, supporting strategy, growth and analytics
Hold a professional marketing, communications or business management qualification
Excellent project and people management skills
Good analytical skills and a logical approach to problem-solving
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
