As Manager, you will act as a liaison between the funds services department and other business units across the group whilst having responsibility for the development and enhancement of a robust operational controls framework, which is compliant with regulatory requirements and prioritises risk mitigation.

Responsibilities will include:
Working with teams globally across the business to enhance and develop operational procedures, ensuring they are updated and reviewed frequently
Where possible, recommending and implementing automated processes to reduce operational risk and enhance operational efficiency
Assisting with the preparation of information for internal audit visits
Proactively identifying key trends in management information reports
Assisting with the collection of information for statutory regulatory reporting requirements
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fund environment, with an understanding of operational processes
Familiarity with operational risk procedures and controls
Ability to work in a multi-jurisdictional environment
Positive and collaborative approach to tasks
Forward-thinking and excellent problems solving skills
