A unique opportunity has arisen to join a leading multi-jurisdictional financial services provider as Manager within their well-established family office department.
In this role you will manage, supervise and develop a team of administrators to ensure the provision of a professional and first-class service to clients, including being responsible for the administration of a portfolio of complex high-profile clients.

Responsibilities will include:
Acting as an Alternate Director of client companies, where appropriate and a ‘B’ authorised signatory
Managing a team of administrators, including overseeing their learning and development
Performing high level reviews of client accounts/financial statements
Conducting reviews on own clients and delegating to team as appropriate
Liaising with all intermediaries and external agents such as new business introducers, legal advisors, auditors and the JFSC, in respect of clients
Experience and skills required:
The post holder should hold a recognised table 4 qualification
Minimum 8 years’ relevant industry experience
At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role is desirable
A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements
Excellent understanding of financial statements
