A unique opportunity has arisen to join a leading multi-jurisdictional financial services provider as a Manager within their family office department.

In this role you will manage, supervise and develop a team of Administrators to ensure the provision of a professional and first-class service to clients, as well as being responsible for the administration of a portfolio of complex high profile clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as an Alternate Director of team client companies, where appropriate and a ‘B’ authorised signatory

  • Managing a team of Administrators, including responsibility for their learning and development

  • Performing high level reviews of client accounts/financial statements

  • Conducting reviews on own clients (delegating parts to team as appropriate)

  • Liaising with all intermediaries and external agents such as new business introducers, legal advisors, auditors and the JFSC in respect of team clients

Experience and skills required:

  • The post holder should hold a Table 4 qualification

  • Ideally have at least 8 years’ relevant industry experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role is desirable

  • A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent understanding of financial statements
