This is a rewarding role for a motivated and driven Manager, who will work closely with the lead Relationship Managers and Directors to provide excellent and efficient services to all customers within a client portfolio.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing a client portfolio, including all aspects of administration and company secretarial matters
Supervising a number of administrators and trainee administrators
Working collaboratively with other team managers and Directors to ensure the coordination and completion of all regulatory matters
Acting as a primary point of contact with clients and intermediaries
Arranging and attending board meetings, preparing minutes and maintaining records and logs
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience within the finance industry
Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA or equivalent
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Have a motivated and driven mindset
Committed to provide a quality service to clients
