Play a key role in the growing corporate services department of an independent, forward-thinking business where you will lead a team of administrators to deliver a comprehensive first-class administrative service, to complex and crown jewel clients.

This is a rewarding and progressive career opportunity with a leading multi-jurisdictional business where you will assist with the supervision, management and development of a team of administrators.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as an Alternate Director of assigned client companies

  • Managing an assigned portfolio of clients and building strong working relationships 

  • Monitoring your team’s performance and conducting appraisals 

  • Conducting client reviews and preparing high level financial statements 

  • Acting as a ‘B’ authorised signatory 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant industry experience, including 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role 

  • Hold a relevant table 4 qualification 

  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements 

  • Strong commitment to client service excellent 

  • Excellent motivational, leadership and presentation skills
