A leading private equity firm is looking to recruit a Manager in the Jersey corporate administration team.
As Manager, you will primarily be responsible for providing high quality corporate administration services and assistance, overseeing the implementation and management of the firm’s portfolio structures.

Responsibilities will include:
Providing senior level corporate administration support to all senior members of staff
Coordinating and managing the portfolio committee process
Assisting with the establishment of Jersey holding structures for portfolio company investments
Acting as a key liaison point between various stakeholders to ensure the efficient completion of transactions
Reviewing agreements and other relevant documentation to be considered at board and committee meetings
Experience and skills required:
Experience dealing with all types of corporate vehicles and transactions including cross-jurisdictional
Working knowledge of core company principles, good governance and AML processes
Demonstrable experience of working on private equity transactions
Able to work with a high level of autonomy whilst remaining a reliable team player
