A market leading organisation is seeking a motivated individual with previous FATCA/CRS experience to join their team. In this role you will actively promote a strong regulatory compliance culture within the team and wider business and lead the delivery of high quality support, recording and reporting on current regulations.

Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring group compliance with current regulatory requirements across a number of jurisdictions
Supporting the Associate Director in managing the FATCA and CRS reporting and Jersey tax return process
Providing support to the regulatory reporting team, particularly in regards to more complex/technical queries
Keeping up to date with any changes in regulatory requirements, conducting impact analysis and providing training for staff
Assisting the Associate Director with maintaining and updating internal policies and regulatory resource materials
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ tax technical experience working with FATCA/CRS and Jersey corporate tax returns
Team player and able to positively engage with others to inspire and share knowledge
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Methodical approach to tasks and good attention to detail
A relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/ACCA would be an advantage but is not essential
