This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation which has a well-established presence in Guernsey and has recently set up an office in Jersey, as part of their expansion. This is a particularly exciting time to join this small team during this growth phase and contribute to the development of the business.
You will be part of a pan island, award-winning team and work collaboratively with colleagues to support clients across the Channel Islands, delivering a professional and high quality service.
In this role you will act as a senior member of the managed services team and be responsible for providing high level, technical support to clients.
You will be one of the escalation points for high priority and complex tickets, working closely with the Head of Managed Services to help the team deliver the best results possible with the overall goal of ensuring client satisfaction.
