Responsibilities will include:
Responding to internal and external telephone enquiries
Preparing files and correspondence
Diary management, including booking meetings
Assisting with billing and collections
Arranging the opening, closing and archiving of files
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
Excellent time management skills
Ability to deal with confidential matters
Strong communication skills and a flexible approach to tasks
