Responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to internal and external telephone enquiries

  • Preparing files and correspondence 

  • Diary management, including booking meetings 

  • Assisting with billing and collections 

  • Arranging the opening, closing and archiving of files 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role 

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative 

  • Excellent time management skills 

  • Ability to deal with confidential matters 

  • Strong communication skills and a flexible approach to tasks
