Spend each day engaged in varied and interesting work, providing support to the team in a well-regarded local property firm.
Within this role you will provide legal administrative support, assisting with the management of property files which may include collecting client documentation and preparing legal correspondence. You will also liaise with Estate Agents in regards to the progress of client property transactions.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparing Terms of Engagement letters and assisting with client take on procedures
Producing quotes and obtaining fees from Lawyer
Liaising with Real Estate Agents regarding property transactions
Drafting loan documentation, equity agreements, leases and wills
Managing the diary and appointments for the team
Experience and skills required:
Strong administrative skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
