Within this role you will provide comprehensive and confidential administration support, assisting with queries, preparing correspondence, and arranging meetings.

Responsibilities will include:
Answering queries by telephone and email
Preparing documentation
Assisting Partners with team-specific financials, such as budgets, invoicing and following up with payments
Organising meetings and travel and business development events
Accurately maintaining and updating information on the system
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 2 years’ administration experience, ideally within a legal environment
High level of attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident using Microsoft Office
Proactive and positive approach to tasks
