Within this role you will provide comprehensive and confidential administration support, assisting with queries, preparing correspondence, and arranging meetings.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering queries by telephone and email 

  • Preparing documentation

  • Assisting Partners with team-specific financials, such as budgets, invoicing and following up with payments

  • Organising meetings and travel and business development events 

  • Accurately maintaining and updating information on the system 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ administration experience, ideally within a legal environment  

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Strong organisational and time management skills 

  • Confident using Microsoft Office

  • Proactive and positive approach to tasks
