Joining the global HR team, you will support the implementation of an ‘academy’ approach to learning and development, design initiatives and identify opportunities to introduce digital learning resources, to continue to meet the demands of the global firm.
This role can be based in Jersey, Guernsey or London.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing and implementing the training programme across the firm, supporting opportunities for career development
Maintaining the firm’s digital learning content platform
Working with the Head of Learning to design and implement a range of development programmes and firm-wide initiatives
Providing advice on professional development approaches and initiatives, to achieve business objectives
Acting as the lead digital training contact, to help evolve how learning and development programmes are delivered
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience working in a busy learning and development role within professional services, ideally at manager level
Significant experience with digital learning, including designing, creating and delivering both standalone and blended digital programmes
Extensive experience in defining development needs and recommending and delivering suitable solutions
Posses a positive, service orientated approach
Passionate about learning and ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
