As Learning and Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing the learning agenda and a range of development activities, during this two year contract.

Using your previous learning and development experience, you will also design and implement activities, identifying any gaps in training needs and taking the lead during events, as needed.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing training needs, identifying gaps and designing training interventions 

  • Managing relationships with professional qualification training providers 

  • Leading the implementation of new training programmes and collecting feedback 

  • Providing reports to stakeholders on training related matters 

  • Coaching and mentoring the learning and development team

Experience and skills required:

  • Educated to degree level, or hold a relevant professional qualification such as CIPD 

  • Previous experience learning and developing experience, including instructional design and facilitation 

  • Excellent problem solver with management experience

  • Confident with virtual delivery platforms such as Google Meet and Live Stream 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
