Responsibilities will include:
Undertaking file reviews in accordance with the relevant review monitoring plan
Completing a review of investor/client due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Liaising with the business to ensure any outstanding documentation is obtained in a timely manner
Providing advice and guidance to the business in regards to the onboarding of investors
Maintaining the review control schedules to record any findings from the reviews
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience working within financial services, ideally within a compliance/AML monitoring environment
Previous experience undertaking CDD file reviews
Good knowledge of the Jersey regulatory framework and AML/CFT handbook
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
