You will work across a range of activities and service lines, focusing on providing legal tools which support efficient and effective legal operations. This role can be based in Jersey, Guernsey or their London office.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering new projects and maintaining strong working relationships with external suppliers

  • Configuration of client portals, which meet client needs and provide an effective user experience

  • Working with stakeholders and other business services teams to develop new solutions

  • Assisting in the training and supervision of training placements

  • Ensuring continuous awareness of new initiatives and knowledge of existing systems and processes, and the benefits they can provide through training, induction and presentations internally

  • Keeping abreast of the latest developments and ensuring personal skills are developed and maintained

Experience and skills required:

  • Good IT skills and experience of using legal technology solutions such as HighQ, Contract Express or similar platforms

  • User centric approach to services and commercial awareness

  • Experience of dealing with a stakeholders, suppliers, lawyers and business services professionals of all levels

  • Ability to represent the team and the firm professionally and positively both internally and externally

  • Experience of design, mapping and documenting processes and implementing solutions would be ideal however is not essential
