Provide a high quality first line IT service desk support service to global staff within this leading professional services provider.

This is an exciting career opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a company which proactively encourages their staff to meet their full potential, and plays an active role in the local community, whilst offering a flexible working policy.

 Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with IT queries relating to password resets, general queries, software/application patching and setting up new equipment 

  • Ensuring all IT security policies are adhered to

  • Updating IT documentation as required 

  • Providing on call support for business-critical issues 

  • Assisting with technology inductions and updating access and file permission logs 

Experience and skills required:

  • Good working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 

  • ITIL experience 

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Cloud Services, Endpoint management and Intune

  • Excellent client service skills 

  • Professional and positive approach to tasks
