Provide a high quality first line IT service desk support service to global staff within this leading professional services provider.

Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with IT queries relating to password resets, general queries, software/application patching and setting up new equipment
Ensuring all IT security policies are adhered to
Updating IT documentation as required
Providing on call support for business-critical issues
Assisting with technology inductions and updating access and file permission logs
Experience and skills required:
Good working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Cloud Services, Endpoint management and Intune
Excellent client service skills
Professional and positive approach to tasks
