Ideally you will have strong interpersonal skills, good attention to detail and be committed to providing a quality service to clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparing correspondence to clients and third parties
Assisting with filing and scanning
Providing general administrative support to the team
Accurately maintaining client files
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
Good organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
