An excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to join an independent and international provider of bespoke trust administration services.

Ideally you will have strong interpersonal skills, good attention to detail and be committed to providing a quality service to clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing correspondence to clients and third parties 

  • Assisting with filing and scanning

  • Providing general administrative support to the team 

  • Accurately maintaining client files 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage 

  • Good organisational and time management skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
