As Junior Secretary, you will provide administrative support to the private client and trust team, assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure an efficient service is delivered to clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Answering telephone calls and assisting with enquires
Preparing letters and correspondence
Reviewing and collating client due diligence files
Booking appointments, arranging meetings and preparing meeting rooms
Experience and skills required:
Minimum grade C in GCSE English (or equivalent)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident, sensitive and professional telephone manner
Flexible and adaptive approach to tasks, with the ability to use own initiative
