As Junior Secretary, you will provide administrative support to the private client and trust team, assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure an efficient service is delivered to clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering telephone calls and assisting with enquires 

  • Preparing letters and correspondence  

  • Reviewing and collating client due diligence files 

  • Booking appointments, arranging meetings and preparing meeting rooms

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum grade C in GCSE English (or equivalent) 

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail 

  • Confident, sensitive and professional telephone manner 

  • Flexible and adaptive approach to tasks, with the ability to use own initiative
