A unique opportunity has arisen to join a renowned and growing company specialising in residential and commercial property development, as an Office Administrator.
In this role, you will be covering administration and bookkeeping support for the company. This role would suit a trainee level administrator, with some financial services/office experience. Full training will be provided on all aspects of the role.

Responsibilities will include:
Acting as first point of contact for the office via telephone, email or face to face
Accurately updating online document management systems
Maintaining office supplies and setting up meeting rooms
Organising internal and external meetings and taking minutes
Assisting the Bookkeeper with monthly account reviews and making payments
Experience and skills required:
Excellent administration skills
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
Hold a current driving licence
