Are you looking for a role where you can develop your interest in technology? We have an excellent opportunity to join the IT team in a well-regarded fiduciary services organisation.
Within this role, you will contribute to the smooth running of the IT Service Desk Support team by providing IT service support across all jurisdictions, adhering to IT procedures and standards.
Ideally, you will have confident communication skills to provide a quality customer service. In return, you will be supported to study towards professional qualifications and develop your experience with Microsoft Office and Windows 10 based operating systems.
Responsibilities will include:
Being first point of contact for all support or service calls
Providing support and set up for presentations, video conferencing and telephone conferencing, both on and off site
Identifying any trends in ongoing faults
Working collaboratively with the wider support team to manage outstanding calls
Experience and skills required:
Proactive approach to tasks and a keen interest in technology
Experience in Microsoft office and Windows 10 based operating systems
Previous experience using video conferencing systems such as Teams, Zoom and Skype
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
