Working within the feature team, you will ensure IT requirements are mapped out and in line with business strategy, and also support IT implementations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritising and planning work activities, including understanding user needs and finding potential technology solutions

  • Helping to clear and manage backlog items

  • Providing regular test feedback and participating in the development of the testing approach

  • Collaborating with the feature team to ensure products are delivered effectively and quality standards are adhered to

  • Working with developers, testers and the user experience team to ensure objectives are aligned

Experience and skills required:

  • Ideally hold a degree or diploma in IT, Business Analysis or Computer Sciences

  • Minimum 3 years’ IT experience

  • Good research and analytical skills

  • Excellent problem solving skills and a logical approach to tasks
