Responsibilities will include:
Producing correspondence, reports, presentations, and board packs
Meeting and greeting visitors and screening emails and telephone calls
Managing and coordinating calendars for the executive team
Arranging travel, accommodation, and itineraries
Completing payments, new account openings and subscriptions
Accurately updating and maintaining files
Experience and skills required:
Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent
Previous PA/EE/secretarial experience providing senior level support is an advantage, but not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organisational skills
High level of accuracy and the ability to work independently using own initiative
