Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support across the business for core applications, including upgrades and testing

  • Supporting the project team with the integration of acquired businesses

  • Assisting with the implementation of new business processes and process improvements associated with core applications

  • Obtaining management information from core applications

  • Liaising with the IT department to arrange back-up and restores to support testing and fault fixing

Experience and skills required:

  • Excellent problem solving skills and an analytical mind

  • Basic understanding and an interest in systems and IT

  • Good time management skills

  • Flexible and enthusiastic approach to tasks

  • Previous experience in a fiduciary business and knowledge of NavOne is desirable, but not essential
