Responsibilities will include:
Providing support across the business for core applications, including upgrades and testing
Supporting the project team with the integration of acquired businesses
Assisting with the implementation of new business processes and process improvements associated with core applications
Obtaining management information from core applications
Liaising with the IT department to arrange back-up and restores to support testing and fault fixing
Experience and skills required:
Excellent problem solving skills and an analytical mind
Basic understanding and an interest in systems and IT
Good time management skills
Flexible and enthusiastic approach to tasks
Previous experience in a fiduciary business and knowledge of NavOne is desirable, but not essential
