Using your skills and knowledge gained from previous IT support experience, you will provide a quality IT support service to the business, responding to logged incidents and providing expert technical advice.
Responsibilities will include:
Responding to service management incidents and requests and resolving logged incidents/tickets
Building strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers and the business
Providing hardware, software and network support
Updating and maintaining policies and procedures documentation
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of necessary technical specialism’s and providing expert advice
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical knowledge of server and desktop infrastructure and telephony and messaging solutions
Hold a relevant professional IT qualification
