Using your skills and knowledge gained from previous IT support experience, you will provide a quality IT support service to the business, responding to logged incidents and providing expert technical advice.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to service management incidents and requests and resolving logged incidents/tickets 

  • Building strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers and the business

  • Providing hardware, software and network support  

  • Updating and maintaining policies and procedures documentation  

  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of necessary technical specialism’s and providing expert advice 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role 

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong technical knowledge of server and desktop infrastructure and telephony and messaging solutions 

  • Hold a relevant professional IT qualification
