Responsibilities will include:
Logging, prioritising and categorising IT support tickets submitted on the system
Actively liaising with staff to assist with the resolution of any issues, providing updates on the status of their tickets
Escalating any unresolved queries to the next level or 3rd party support
Maintaining and updating IT support documentation
Keeping an up to date knowledge of help desk procedures, IT products and services
Experience and skills required:
Confident client-facing and communication skills
Desire to deliver an excellent customer service
Basic to intermediate IT skills and willingness to learn and develop
Excellent time management skills
