Using your technical expertise, you will manage and oversee the delivery of IT initiatives and cloud-based applications, ensuring these meet customer requirements and service level agreements. You will also help to support and troubleshoot technical questions and software and database issues.

Responsibilities will include:
Developing solutions for customers and assisting with software testing and quality assurance
Supporting less experienced Engineers on the technical aspects of application development, controls and documentation standards
Reviewing feedback on work and creating a culture of continuous development and learning
Identifying opportunities to increase operational and cost efficiency
Ensuring a quality service is delivered at all times
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years IT experience, including experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and developing programming code
Ideally hold an IT-related degree or certification in programming languages
Ability to work autonomously without supervision and using own initiative
Good time management and attention to detail
Ability to write programming code based on a prepared design
