Using your technical expertise, you will manage and oversee the delivery of IT initiatives and cloud-based applications, ensuring these meet customer requirements and service level agreements. You will also help to support and troubleshoot technical questions and software and database issues.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing solutions for customers and assisting with software testing and quality assurance 

  • Supporting less experienced Engineers on the technical aspects of application development, controls and documentation standards 

  • Reviewing feedback on work and creating a culture of continuous development and learning 

  • Identifying opportunities to increase operational and cost efficiency 

  • Ensuring a quality service is delivered at all times 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years IT experience, including experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and developing programming code 

  • Ideally hold an IT-related degree or certification in programming languages

  • Ability to work autonomously without supervision and using own initiative 

  • Good time management and attention to detail 

  • Ability to write programming code based on a prepared design
