This is a varied, interesting and challenging position where a desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced industry is essential. Some work outside of normal working hours may be required and you must have a full driving licence.
Ideally, you will have a strong customer focus, high level of attention to detail, accurate record keeping and strong communication skills. You should also be able to work independently using your own initiative and also enjoy being part of a close-knit team.
Responsibilities will include:
Answering customer queries over the phone and in person regarding computer hardware and software
Ensuring incidents are resolved efficiently and a good customer service is delivered at all times
Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency
Experience and skills required:
Previous helpdesk/IT experience
A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and Software
Exposure to Microsoft Remote Desktop Services and/or Citrix XenApp
Confident to carry out Windows Server and Exchange administration tasks
Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks
