An award-winning banking and investment firm is seeking an experienced IT professional to oversee the quality of services across business lines and provide strategic input in to IT strategy decisions.

Responsibilities will include:
Defining and driving service expectations, identifying client needs to ensure a consistent client experience across markets
Partnering with and providing direction to the group, managing incidents occurring from third party services and reviewing vendor agreements
Reviewing solutions and processes to ensure they are fit for purpose, assessing application health and reviewing key incidents
Maintaining related technology vendor section criteria, ensuring alignment with the group technology plan
Providing information on toolbox implementation and performing service analysis trends to identify which toolboxes are performing most efficiently
Performing cost and performance analysis on services and tracking business value and usage to verify whether solutions are fit for purpose
Experience and skills required:
Hold a degree in Information Studies or Information Technology
Hold a relevant professional IT qualification or professional memberships
Proven application of service management processes and frameworks
Previous experience in leading service management processes for large and diverse portfolios
Knowledge of Cloud services and proven knowledge and application of ITSM practices
