Provide high quality, first and second line IT service desk support to global staff within this leading professional services provider.

This is an exciting career opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a company which proactively encourages their staff to meet their full potential, and plays an active role in the local community, offering a flexible working policy.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with general IT enquiries 

  • Configuring laptops, mobiles, screens and printers 

  • Setting up new users, including providing technology inductions to new starters 

  • Administering user access and file permissions 

  • Ensuring all IT security policies are adhered to

Experience and skills required:

  • Good working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365

  • Experience configuring and maintaining Windows Server 2019 

  • Working knowledge of VMWare platforms and Active Directory and Azure Cloud services 

  • Ability to work well within a team an independently using own initiative  

  • Excellent customer service skills
