Joining the expanding global information services, you will act as first point of contact for technical support queries related to IT systems and associated infrastructure and security.

If you have previous service desk experience and are looking for a new challenge, this would be a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support via telephone and email and either locally in the office or remotely ​

  • ​Collaboratively working to resolve issues whilst developing personal knowledge and skills

  • Assisting with software maintenance, deployment and security​

  • Creating new user accounts and amending access​

  • Accurately updating the ticket logging system, to allow for regular report and analysis of on-going trends​

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ ​experience in professional services environment, preferably in a technical support role

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy​

  • Highly motivated and ability to work independently​

  • ​Good understanding of the main Microsoft applications and Windows 10

  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks ​
