Collaboratively work with colleagues to provide an efficient IT support service support across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring an excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

Responsibilities will include:
Providing hardware and software support remotely and in-person, escalating incidents as necessary
Devising creative solutions for technical issues experience by staff on the move
Managing support calls received by telephone, email, instant chat or video call
Identifying any trends in reported incidents and highlighting any on-going faults to the manager
Experience and skills required:
Ideally hold a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills
Experience using Microsoft Office and Windows 10 based operating systems
Confident using video conference systems such as Teams, Skype, Zoom and WebEx
Proactive approach to tasks
