Collaboratively work with colleagues to provide an efficient IT support service support across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring an excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing hardware and software support remotely and in-person, escalating incidents as necessary  

  • Devising creative solutions for technical issues experience by staff on the move 

  • Managing support calls received by telephone, email, instant chat or video call 

  • Identifying any trends in reported incidents and highlighting any on-going faults to the manager

Experience and skills required:

  • Ideally hold a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Excellent customer service skills 

  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Windows 10 based operating systems 

  • Confident using video conference systems such as Teams, Skype, Zoom and WebEx 

  • Proactive approach to tasks
