Using your IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills, you will strive to always deliver the highest levels of client service and specialise in providing support with security issues.

If you have an interest in network and communication systems and protocols and are looking for a new role within a rapidly changing/evolving environment, we would like to hear from you. This role will be involved in a 24/7 rota and there may be some out of hours work required.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Tier 2 firewall support to major vendors 

  • Resolving customer queries, or escalating accordingly

  • Assisting with firewall managed service onboarding 

  • Collaboratively working with other departments around the globe to resolve client queries 

  • Supporting project work related to the installation of new equipment/solutions for customers

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in an IT security support role 

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 

  • Knowledge of computer hardware such as general server, Cloud, desktop technologies and MS Office suite and Outlook

  • Ability to communicate effectively 

  • Quick learner and interest in technology
