Working closely with the IT Director, this is a broad role that will support the business with second and third line support, as well as developing and delivering IT improvement projects across the company’s native cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities will include:
Service line support for group IT issues via on site or remote diagnostics
Configuration of new hardware as needed to support new joiners
Performing root cause analysis and mitigation planning based on reported issues
Oversight of patching, updates and vulnerability management across all group systems
Reporting on ITIL/ITSM activity
ITIL process review, design and implementation
Providing aid in the design and roll out of new and upgraded group systems across best of breed cloud architecture
Experience and skills required:
Experience in first and second line support, including service desk and the management of incident response essential
A qualification in CompTIA Network+ or similar desirable
Solid understanding of networks
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows administration including Active Directory, Group Policy, and other general administration essential
