Joining the IT team in an award-winning banking and investment firm, you will design, test, code, debug and correct programmes and support the maintenance of computer systems. You will manage the technical design, development and deployment of a small number of solutions.
Responsibilities will include:
Working collaboratively within the business to ensure development solutions are aligned with business strategies and provide value to customers
Managing work effectively including the reprioritisation of backlogs and reacting flexibly to changing demands
Developing tier coding, business layer coding, interface development, service development and creating procedures for these
Seeking peer review during design, coding and testing and fixing any detected errors
Keeping up to date with technology developments and continually looking for ways to improve the efficiency of business processes
Experience and skills required:
Broad experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the programming code to create the solutions
Hold a bachelor’s degree in a field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, information systems or similar
Salesforce certified including Salesforce Administration: Platform Application Builder, Platform Developer 1 preferred
Previous IT development experience, including cloud architecture, agile methodology, salesforce knowledge, data and integration patterns
Excellent analytical skills
