Ideally you will be self-starter who is willing to learn and continue to develop your technical knowledge. This role will have a focus on NavOne and Dynamics Business Central, therefore, it would be an advantage if you have had experience with these systems previously.
Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring applications are deployed correctly and continuing to run optimally
Investigating and solving complex functions and technical problems
Supporting business partners with resolving application issues from a technical and functional perspective
Reviewing application architecture and providing input during the application selection and onboarding process
Providing guidance to the application management team and identifying opportunities for automating processes
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in IT application maintenance or business analysis
Hold a relevant degree or professional qualification in IT, business, computer science or engineering
Experience working with NavOne and/or Business Dynamics Business Central
A logical and analytical approach to problem solving
Results-driven and always looking for improvement opportunities
