Responsibilities will include:
Providing 3rd line applications support
Supporting the business and change teams with queries, bugs and enhancements
Assisting with the implementation of technology upgrades
Contributing to business continuity plans and testing
Supporting knowledge transition and upskilling junior team members
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Applications Engineer
Hold a recognised industry qualification i.e., MCSE/MCSA
Good knowledge of at least one of the following technologies: Dynamics 365, Investran, Yardi or MS SQL
Prior experience supporting a broad range of applications and supporting technologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work to deadlines
