Using your technical expertise, you will act as a subject matter expert for staff with technical questions regarding SAP software issues and provide project support.
Within this role you will also act as a bridge between organisational stakeholders and the support teams, whilst identifying opportunities to increase software and system efficiency.

Responsibilities will include:
Writing requirements for small enhancements to SAP
Providing 2nd level triage application support to the business regarding escalated incidents
Monitoring and managing risks related to system maintenance activities, application development and implementation
Planning and organising implementations and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
Providing project support where SAP is impacted
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ application development and support experience
Good technical SAP application knowledge and experience
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to solve problems logically and methodically
