Join the IT team in a growing professional services business, where you will work collaboratively with other team members to provide quality software support for a range of software applications, across the Groups multiple jurisdictions.
In this role you will troubleshoot application issues and assist with new system implementations and upgrades. You will also have the opportunity to assist with all areas of IT project lifecycles including identifying requirements, undertaking testing and overseeing final delivery.

Responsibilities will include:
Managing the IT components of business applications
Undertaking investigative troubleshooting and providing options for raised issues
Overseeing supplier engagement and management
Analysing IT requirements and testing potential solutions
Maintaining and deploying new and existing IT applications
Experience and skills required:
Previous applications support experience
Experience leading the delivery on IT projects/work streams
Ability to build strong working relationships with internal clients, external suppliers and support teams
Experience with SQL and applications such as ViewPoint, iManage, Elite and Aderance Expert
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
