Joining the operations team, you will help to identify and analyse potential automation opportunities in order to improve efficiency and business processes.
Responsibilities will include:
Designing and developing solutions to automate business processes and ensure streamlined solutions
Producing creative plans and ideas to increase the efficiency of business processes
Planning and executing all process improvement activities to ensure successful project implementation
Analysing potential new processes and systems in order to design the most effective automation solutions with third party suppliers
Providing reports and statistics to the business in order to track the performance of any implemented automation projects/solutions
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in the development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
Ideally hold an IT degree
Certification on Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA) Power User Programme, BI Analytics Programme, Lean Six Sigma certification
Previous experience in business analysis, process flow and business process improvement
Demonstrable confidence of 365 Microsoft Suite, Power Platform
