As an IT Analyst, you will provide technical support to the business, working to understand current business processes, applications, and requirements. You will also evaluate and develop solutions depending on business requirements.

Responsibilities will include:
Providing support to users, assisting with queries
Leading the operational support for eFront, including system changes
Managing internal and external projects within time and budget definitions
Evaluating current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions
Providing leadership, training, coaching and guidance to junior staff
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ IT experience
Ideally hold a relevant professional qualification in a related technical field
Confident using Microsoft Office, Visio and Projects
Strong analytical skills
Previous experience in user testing and project management
