Working within the information technology team, you will provide user support, ensuring requests and logged incidents regarding the organisation’s business systems are resolved in a complete and timely manner.

​This is a key role working within the organisation’s head office. This would be a great career opportunity for a proactive individual with previous experience within a technical role, the ability to learn new systems quickly and the desire to find a role which will enable them to add value to a dynamic and successful organisation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1st line support for user requests and incidents, escalating where required

  • Managing user administration on business systems and directories

  • Assisting with infrastructure related matters, such as desktop and device management​

  • Providing 2nd line business system support​ and assisting with queries​

Experience and skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills​

  • Confident Microsoft Office user​

  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload​

  • Previous experience in a technical environment ​
