Responsibilities will include:
Providing 1st line support for user requests and incidents, escalating where required
Managing user administration on business systems and directories
Assisting with infrastructure related matters, such as desktop and device management
Providing 2nd line business system support and assisting with queries
Experience and skills required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident Microsoft Office user
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
Previous experience in a technical environment
