Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all requests for support are logged and dealt with, escalating when necessary
Undertaking patch testing for the server, manually patching parts of the server estate and reviewing patch cycles
Providing support for all office and desktop hardware, including telephones
Setting up new user accounts and managing the user administration for systems
Providing welcome training for new employees and supporting the organisation of training for staff
Experience and skills required:
Good academic background
Willing to study towards an IT qualification
A good understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
