A forward thinking global financial services organisation have an opportunity to join the investor relations team in their funds department, where your skill set will be developed and valued.
As Investor Relations Administrator you will deal directly with clients, assisting with the resolution of accounting and administrator investors and supporting the upload of investor notices on to portals.

Responsibilities will include:
Uploading investor reporting, communication and notices on to the platform
Becoming familiar with investor portal websites to ensure contacts receive the correct notices
Monitoring department inboxes and assisting with the resolution of queries
Sending out investor communication via email or other appropriate methods
Providing assistance with other teams, such as with check lists and updating data logs
Experience and skills required:
Previous fund administration or private equity experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive, collaborative and forward thinking
Good organisational and time management skills
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
