As Internal Communications Manager you will be responsible for driving the internal communications programme, ensuring maximum engagement across the business with key news, initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities will include:
Providing advice to stakeholders regarding the most effective communication channels and assisting with the drafting of key messages
Assisting with employer brand development and talent attractions
Developing creative and engaging concepts to display and communicate key information
Liaising with global and local Managing Partners on the roll out of local and global messages
Driving appropriate use of the Intranet and advising on the future evolution of the platform
Experience and skills required:
Ideally have at least 10 years’ internal communications experience
Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks, deadlines and budgets
Either hold a relevant degree or hold the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma (or equivalent)
