Be part of this company's marketing team and play a key role in driving positive employee engagement through the delivery of internal communications in this large banking organisation with a strong global presence.

As Internal Communications Manager you will aid the implementation of effective business strategies and results by partnering with assigned business units to plan, scope and deliver impactful internal marketing and communications solutions.

This is fast paced and high volume role so previous experience in an internal communications role is essential.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the development and implementation of the overall internal communication strategy which reflects on the needs of various stakeholders across the business 

  • Understanding the internal customer experience strategy, plans and objectives 

  • Actively research and keep up to date on digital and direct marketing trends and recommending new ways in which internal communications may be used in the business 

  • Managing the delivery of internal communications initiatives and providing feedback to associates and partners

  • Building and managing client relationships 

  • Developing and delivering the company’s brand through effective marketing and communication platforms, campaigns, concepts and plans

Experience and skills required:

  • Hold a degree in social science, marketing, public relations or journalism

  • Previous internal communications experience is essential, additional marketing experience would be an advantage but is not essential 

  • Experience delivering projects or project management would be an advantage 

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills 

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
