​A leading professional services provider is currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to temporarily provide high quality executive support to the Group Head of Wealth.

Ideally you will be available to start immediately for this temporary assignment which will be on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Complex diary management 

  • Preparing reports and documentation 

  • Facilitating meetings 

Experience and skills required:

  • Signification relevant experience in a similar role supporting an Executive Committee or senior management 

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills 

  • High level of accuracy and efficiency 

  • Ability to demonstrate discretion and integrity in relation to complex and confidential matters
