Responsibilities will include:
Developing effective business relationships
Providing high quality advice in line with company strategy, claims handling procedures and guidelines
Assisting with on-the-job training and coaching for colleagues
Identifying potential improvements to increase efficiencies
Experience and skills required:
Hold a relevant professional qualification such as Certificate in Insurance
A general understanding of insurance claims theory and practice
Excellent customer service skills
Hold grade C in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
Ability to work well within a team
